I wanted to find a guy I used to know and not have to jump through rings of blazing fire to do so.
I wasn’t willing to hire a gum shoe, or send up flares or enlist the FBI in any way. I wanted to find a guy I used to know and not have it be a big deal.
Thing was, he was a big deal to me. We were best friends throughout college and his name was Scott. Scott and I were immediately joined at the hip back then. We started comedy groups together, we rowed on the crew team together, we argued over whether we like blondes or brunettes best together.

Whether you’re entertaining 10, 20, or even 40 or more guests, the special occasion experts at Celebrate with Style know that preparing large quantities of delicious cocktail coolers will please everyone and help you relax a bit and enjoy your party.
Some people mix large quantities of these tasty drinks in plastic storage containers or large coolers, which safety experts understandably frown on. However, you can mix these coolers in large stockpots or punch bowls, and ladle the beverages into large individual pitchers. Cover all containers and if possible, chill them in the refrigerator before guests arrive.

Nothing says “me time” better than a cup of coffee or tea? A hot, piping cup or mug of the favorite hot beverage alone or with a special friend can seem like an oasis of sanity in the midst of a hectic day. Hot or cold, with some favorite fruit or nut flavors added, can make for a very special time. Both coffee & tea come with caffeine as optional. If you find that caffeine disturbs your sleep or raises your blood pressure, you can opt for the caffeine free version. If, caffeine is not a problem then go for it! Since both coffee & tea contain caffeine naturally, they must undergo a process to remove it. The decaffeination process whether for beans or leaves, takes some of the flavor out of it, so plan to purchase a better grade of coffee when you want the caffeine out.

Last week I had a chance to bring a friend of mine to a Thai restaurant in downtown. He has heard a lot about Thai food but never tried it before. Actually, he would like to come to Thai restaurant many times but he didn’t know what to eat. He was so happy that day because I accompanied him to the restaurant. I ordered a few Thai dish for him to try. He liked it all but what he liked most was chicken in green curry with coconut milk. He asked me to teach him how to cook this menu. So I told him to log into my blog and checked it out. That is why I am here today.

The world is exploding into what is arguably a giant, single economy so tied together that local expression is irrelevant. The concept of local food argues for the opposite.
Many people trace the beginnings of the Local Food Movement to the pioneering economic writings of E.F. Schumacher. Much of the thrust of his theories had to do with moderation. At a time when it has become very fashionable and profitable to think globally, Schumacher seemed to be encouraging people to act locally. The idea was that we were paying a price for the massive global economy that we were creating and this price was often too high. The price was too high in its impact on the environment. It was too high on our own sense of cultural diversity.

Cooking is usually associated with the application of heat in order to prepare food. Technically, cooking really refers to non-heated methods of food preparation as all.
A real definition of cooking would be that it is the preparation of food through some manner that changes its texture, flavor, digestibility, or any number of other factors. It is usually done in some planned and organized manner. This may be a very complex and ordered application of various procedures and the addition of various ingredients, or it may be as simple as throwing a hamburger on a grill over an open flame.
