There are very few people who can see auras on a regular basis, and do not be disappointed if you are not one of them. You may be seeing a slight aura around someone without realizing it, if you have ever seen a slight fuzziness of light around a person as they are speaking or interacting with you, then chances are you are seeing that persons aura.
The valley nestles my heart with grandfather trees and a ridge of watchful soft shouldered mountains, surround me. I feel them as steadfast and knowing; silent guardians by day and peaceful companions all through the night. One smile or one tear is absorbed into green pastures and fields of tall grasses which cluster like stalking messengers which follow the wind, hide the wild and perhaps many mysteries that I may not want to answer. My arms can spread and open wide. My voice can sing or cry out or it can silence itself and join the echo choir of nature. If I walk or dance or step like a fool, the valley allows; I can even be completely still. I notice the sweet smelling air as it breathes through me. It is the primary motion. When I lift my arms again, they are prompted by space which is not of my own volition.
